A TIME FOR CHANGE
We live in changing times. Not only Brexit, with the myriad changes and new opportunities that has brought, but the success of Red Square London (RSL) has resulted in continued growth that now requires a new venue.
RSL is combining its two offices into one larger office suite in central London. From Monday 1st August we will be located at:
44 Russell Square
DX 2112 Euston
Our main telephone number (0207 060 5333) and our e-mail addresses remain the same, but there will be new direct-dial numbers for individual staff members. They will be notified to clients separately by staff members when needed.
One big factor in the RSL change is that we now have a full-time Accountant. Darren Bull joined us at the beginning of July to provide a full accountancy service for our clients. He is no stranger to RSL as he has been working for us on a part-time basis for the past two years. Now he will be a full-time presence in the office, able to react quickly to meet our clients’ accountancy needs, be it to provide advice or a specific accountancy service. Among the services he can provide are:
• Self-assessment tax returns for individuals;
• Year-end accounts and Corporation Tax returns for businesses;
• Quarterly VAT returns;
• Management accounts for businesses and other accountancy services.
We are happy to announce that Red Square London now offers a range of notarial services:
- certifying copies of documents;
- preparing and certifying any kind of Powers of Attorney, Consents and other similar documents;
- legalisation (apostille) services within one week or within 24 hours (fast track);
- translation of documents from English into Russian and vice versa;
- certification of the translated documents.

ASSIGNMENT OF YOUR “NEW TENANCY” LEASE TO YOUR GUARANTOR: A WORD OF CAUTION TO TENANTS

Most commercial leases granted to tenants have provisions that someone (usually an individual) will guarantee the tenants performance of the lease covenants; in other words, someone to act as a surety for the tenant (personal guarantor). It is often the case that most tenants struggling to meet the provisions of the lease and assign the lease to their guarantors-mostly with the consent of the landlord.
