Residential fees & Service Details

Our fees include all necessary legal services for purchasing or selling a property in England and Wales.

- Easy purchase and sale of a property

This includes taking care of the property registration with the Land Registry and handling the payment of Stamp Duty in England or Land Transaction Tax in Wales, ensuring all tax obligations are properly addressed.

For properties valued over £600,000, our fees are flexible and can be adjusted based on the complexity of the transaction and the specific timeline required to complete the process.

Residential conveyancing –sale (£650,000 and under)	From £2,000

AML Check – Individual	£7 to £15 per person
AML Check – UK Company	£5 (See note below)
AML Check – Foreign Company	£25 (see note below)
Purchase Searches	£250 to £500 (incl VAT)
Stamp Duty Land Tax	see HMRC table of rates
Purchase – Registration Fee	£20 to £1,105 (no VAT)
Leasehold Sale – Management Pack	£150 to £500
Sale – Official Copies	£20
Leasehold Purchase (New Build)– Engrossment of Lease	£150 to £200
Leasehold Purchase – Notices of Transfer/Charge	£100 to £250
Leasehold Purchase – Deed of Covenant (if applicable)	£100 to £200
Bank Charges (payments over £50,000 via CHAPS)	£16 each payment (No VAT)
Note: for limited companies, Directors and Shareholders with over 25% equity will also be subject to individual AML Checks
