transactions.

Jessica holds a 2:1 LLB in Law from Southampton University and completed her LPC at The Oxford Institute of Legal Practice with Distinction. Jessica joined us in May 2025 from a South-West law firm where she was Head of Residential Property. Her educational background, combined with her hands-on experience, has equipped her with the in-depth legal knowledge and practical skills needed to navigate the complexities of property law.

Ekaterina joined RSL LAW bringing five years of experience as an in-house legal counsel, with a strong background in compliance, due diligence, and document handling. She has worked on a wide range of legal matters, including litigation, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance, and is now applying that expertise to support client onboarding and KYC processes.

She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, one of Russia’s top law schools.
