Clare’s career is marked by a wealth of experience in commercial property, newbuild purchases, and land development legal work. She has served as Head of Department and Manager for prestigious Legal 500 law firms across London, Essex, and Manchester, gaining in-depth knowledge of the complexities involved in these areas. Her expertise in newbuild properties is particularly notable, having held the position of Head of Plot Sales at a prominent firm in the north of England before joining RSL LAW. In this role, Clare managed large-scale newbuild transactions, advising developers and purchasers on intricate legal and procedural matters.
Her leadership capabilities were highlighted during her tenure in Essex, where she led a dynamic team to win the nationwide Innovation Award at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards in 2019. Laurie is a seasoned professional at RSL LAW with extensive expertise in business management, anti-money laundering (AML), and sanctions compliance. He has managed several complex property purchase structures, involving both UK-based and international financing, where his deep understanding of UK sanctions regulations has been crucial.
Laurie’s experience includes conducting successful external inquiries into foreign purchase

Laurie’s career began with 20 years of service in the British Army as a logistics and IT officer, following his graduation from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Shaula obtained her degree in Law in 2015, followed by the completion of her Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2016. Before joining RSL LAW, she spent six years working as a Business Relations Manager at an international wealth management firm, where she developed extensive expertise in client relations, business strategy, and leadership. Shaula initially joined RSL LAW as Practice Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the firm ran smoothly. She has since transitioned into her current role as Business Relations Director, where she plays a key role in managing client relationships and business development. Fluent in Italian, Shaula’s bilingual skills further enhance her ability to work effectively in international markets.
