Laurie Evanson-Goddard

After graduating from The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Laurie spent 20 years as a logistics and IT officer in the British Army. He then worked as an IT consultant, programme and project manager and management trainer in a variety of organisations before becoming a founder member of RSL Law in 2012. Laurie has very broad experience in business management and undertakes business consultancy work (including preparation of Business Plans) at RSL Law. He is a Member of the British Computer Society and a Chartered IT Professional.
Tatiana Sharposhnikova
CEO/Compliance Officer for Legal Practice/Senior Solicitor
Our CEO and Senior Solicitor, Tatiana Sharposhnikova, is an experienced Property Solicitor, with over 19 years’ experience practising law and assisting UK Resident and Non-resident property developers and investors and private clients. Tatiana also owns and manages several other businesses relating to real estate. Shaula Canale
Practice Manager
Shaula obtained a degree in Law with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of South Wales in 2015 then completed her Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2016. Shaula worked in an International Wealth Management Firm for six years as a Manager before joining RSL LAW as Practice Manager. Shaula is bilingual in Italian.
Tharmini Pathmaraja
Director/Property Solicitor
Tharmini completed her LLB Law degree at Middlesex University and LPC at College of Law. After having completed her LPC, she worked in a private immigration practice for two years following which she worked at the Home Office in the litigation department, during which Tharmini gained vast experience in all types of immigration matters. During the training, she gained experience in residential and commercial conveyancing. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2019. Tharmini has experience in dealing with residential sales, purchases, remortgages and lease extensions. She also has experience in dealing with commercial transactions such as purchase of new lease, assignment of lease and lease extension.
Diane Evanson-Goddard
LEAP Accountant/Finance Department
Diane obtained an Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification in 2014. She has worked with RSL Law since 2015. She is responsible for assisting with all book-keeping and accountancy matters. Diane lived in Cyprus for over 15 years and after her return to the UK she focused on her career in finance.
Victoria Babich
Licenced Conveyancer
Victoria has dealt with many types of residential transactions, such as purchase and sale, re-mortgaging, new builds, transfers of title, unregistered titles, Help to Buy ISA’s and other. She also has an extensive experience dealing with the commercial transactions. Victoria holds masters degree in law from Krasnodar University of Law of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation and currently completing her CLC course at Law Training Centre in the UK to become a Licenced Conveyancer.
Aleksandra Dyumina
Property Paralegal
Aleks completed her Law Degree at the University of Westminster and is currently preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Exam. She joined RSL LAW in August 2022. Aleks is a paralegal, assisting the firm’s conveyancing executive, Victoria Babich, with a broad range of legal work, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, title transfers, lease extensions and other residential and commercial property transactions.
Naomi Francis-Virgo
Property Paralegal
Naomi completed her Law Degree at the University of Essex and is currently completing her Legal Practice Couse/LLM at the University of Law in London. She has gained valuable legal experience and joined RSL LAW in September 2021 and assists Tharmini Pathmaraja with a broad range of legal work.
Maria Mirovskaya
Administrative Assistant
Maria has a bachelor’s degree in art history from Goldsmiths College, University of London and attended a Law Conversion Degree course at the City University. She has more than 5 years’ experience working in the legal sphere as a legal assistant and paralegal. Having lived in several countries, she has a great understanding of cultural diversity and has a hands-on approach when it comes to clients and their matters. Maria is bilingual in Russian and English.
