Jodie Foster is a highly experienced Property Solicitor at RSL LAW, qualified since 2006, with a strong focus on residential property transactions. Her expertise includes sales and purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, enfranchisement, and property-related debt collection. Jodie has acted on a wide range of matters for buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, as well as property investors, providing practical and tailored advice to suit each client’s objectives.

Jodie holds an LLB from Leeds Metropolitan University and completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Manchester Metropolitan University. She has built her career across traditional private practice, alternative business structures, and as an in-house solicitor for a property management company. This diverse background has equipped her with a broad understanding of the property sector and the legal challenges clients face throughout the transaction process. Known for her approachable manner and strong commitment to client care, Jodie provides clear, efficient advice and ensures clients feel supported at every stage of their property journey.

Jatinder Kandola is a Commercial Property Solicitor at RSL LAW. She studied at the University of Sheffield and qualified as a solicitor in 2003, having trained at the international law firm Eversheds.

Jatinder advises on a wide range of commercial property transactions, with particular emphasis on acquisitions, financing, and disposals across all major sectors, including industrial units, retail premises, and properties within the leisure and care industries. She has extensive experience in all aspects of landlord and tenant matters, having previously worked in-house for a national retailer and managed large portfolios of leasehold property.

With over 20 years’ experience, Jatinder brings a wealth of commercial property expertise to her role. She is known for her keen eye for detail, practical approach, and strong problem-solving skills, ensuring clients receive clear, effective, and commercially focused advice.

Jessica is a skilled Property Solicitor at RSL LAW, qualified since 2017, with a focus on residential property transactions. Her expertise includes sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, unregistered property and transfers of part. She has handled an array of matters including high-value transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance. Jessica’s client-focused, proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail make her a reliable advisor for clients navigating both standard and complex
transactions.

Jessica holds a 2:1 LLB in Law from Southampton University and completed her LPC at The Oxford Institute of Legal Practice with Distinction. Jessica joined us in May 2025 from a South-West law firm where she was Head of Residential Property. Her educational background, combined with her hands-on experience, has equipped her with the in-depth legal knowledge and practical skills needed to navigate the complexities of property law.

Stanislav is a detail-oriented Onboarding and Property Paralegal at RSL LAW, bringing over three years of experience in UK property law with a focus on anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance. He has supported equity partners on complex lease arrangements and high-value transactions involving international funds.

Stanislav’s expertise includes verifying source of funds, conducting AML, sanctions, and KYC checks, and managing clients onboarding for high-value and cross-border transactions in full compliance with UK Regulations. His drafting experience spans a wide range of residential and commercial property documents, including sale and purchase agreements, option agreements, licenses, deeds of easement, underleases, and rent deposit deeds, with a strong focus on compliance and client protection.

Stanislav qualified as a solicitor in Ukraine in 2017. He holds a robust academic foundation in languages and law, beginning with his studies at Vinnitsa State University, where he focused on foreign languages including English and German. He later pursued legal education at Kiev National Linguistic University, where he gained a bachelor’s degree in law, followed by a master’s degree in international Trade Law and advanced legal training at the Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade.

Efua Gyamera joined the Firm as a highly dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal, who plays a pivotal role in supporting our Director of Operations while contributing to a broad range of legal matters. Her experience includes sales, purchases, remortgaging, transfers of equity, lease extensions, and shared ownerships, making her a versatile and knowledgeable asset to our team.

Pagan’s background spans a wide range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and commercial matters. With over 8 years of experience in technical support for a global financial services company and more than 10 years in customer support, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge to her position as an Onboarding and Compliance Paralegal at RSL LAW.

Alisa’s diverse background includes living across multiple continents and learning 10 languages, which has fostered a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. Ekaterina joined RSL LAW bringing five years of experience as an in-house legal counsel, with a strong background in compliance, due diligence, and document handling. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, one of Russia’s top law schools. Her master’s studies focused on Private International Law and International Commercial Arbitration, giving her a strong foundation in cross-border legal matters.
