In a high-stakes property deal on the brink of collapse, complicated by the involvement of an Official Receiver and the legal chaos of the seller’s insolvency, our team was called to do the impossible. When most would walk away, RSL LAW stepped in.
Thanks to our expertise and creative thinking, our client was able to purchase the property with the benefit of the family support, while fully satisfying both the Official Receiver and their lender. The Deferred Loan Agreement preserved the family’s intentions, protected the client’s position, and ensured a compliant and successful transaction.
RSL LAW was proud to take the stage at the Vision & Value: Real Estate Dinner, hosted by the London Business Club, an exclusive private members’ network. The event brought together top-tier property developers, investors, and bridging finance professionals for an evening of meaningful conversation and high-value connections.

Back in March, we shared that our Director of Operations, Clare Sollitt, is preparing to climb Mount Fuji this July, all in support of the Single Homeless Project, a London-based charity helping vulnerable people find safe, stable housing.
Since then, Clare’s training has been nothing short of extraordinary (and a little painful!). Over the past few weeks, she has taken on some of the UK’s toughest peaks with plans to tackle five more before heading to Japan.

Let’s cheer Clare on as she climbs for a cause that truly matters — because everyone deserves a place to call home.
